        It's ok. They are just very pricey! Even for a small storage. It's ridiculous what they charge.

        I have not utilized this storage facility however my husband has been in to ask to use the water cooler (pre-covid) and staff were very rude and refused him a drink of water on a very hot day. I'm not sure if the same individuals are employed thier any longer. On a positive note the grounds are always clean.

        I stored my belongings with Self Storage 1 for the summer of 2019. I was super impressed with the staff's professional service, attention to detail, and great introductory pricing. The storage units are easy to access, the building felt very secure with proper lighting and ample security cameras, and I never felt pressured to continue or upsold to rent more space than I needed. If I ever need a storage unit again, I will for sure be going to Self Storage 1.
