I hate to leave a bad review as I previously had a good experience here in 2019 with a friend. However, we had a really unfortunate experience of being told we need to order a prix fixe that is twice the price of a regular menu for a party of 6+. My experience across other restaurants has been that prix fixe is a separate booking option on opentable, e.g. $105 5 course prix fixe tasting menu in the title. Ive never had a situation where Ive booked a reservation and it was unexpectedly prix fixe after years of booking on opentable. Looking at the reviews here it has been a surprise for other guests too. 2 family members didnt even like the options of the prix fixe so we would never have chosen the place with both the price and selection of dishes in mind. Im sad to say this was an uncomfortable experience and not the note I would have liked to end off on with this restaurant.

Incredible atmosphere! We did the Sunday High Tea. The portions are great. My wife and I were more than satisfied with the amount of food being served. The show was incredible and the staff super attentive. Great place!

A very fun and unique date night. Both the host of the restaurant and the host of the show were polite/fantastic/and friendly. Not the cheapest, but youre paying for dinner AND a show. Having the menu pre-set was fun to have a hands off experience. The food was delicious, but for the items I didnt like, I felt like I was missing out on an entire section of my meal. They served it to share between two people, so Im not sure what a larger party would look like. The night of, they gave birthday/anniversary/etc shout outs. If youre looking to be extra, I think this is the perfect place to be extra.

The bill came with a mystery mandatory 20% service charge, vaguely disguised as '20% event gratuity'. First, a short lesson on gratuity laws in California: The general rule is that if a charge is mandatory (if the customer doesnt have the option of not paying it, regardless of the quality of the service), then it is classified as a service charge and not a gratuity. Note that it doesnt matter what you call it. Calling it a gratuity doesnt make it a gratuity if its mandatory. Gratuity, which is not mandatory, can be calculated by the customer, against the services rendered. (Note: I believe that workers should be paid fairly and immediately, which is why I have a personal policy of leaving gratuity in cash). Gratuities are additional amounts voluntarily left by customers and not payments for services rendered, so I filed a chargeback with my credit card company, and will be returned the 72$ that was improperly charged to my credit card. In terms of the food: The mersel, merwah, lebanon 2021 wine and the short rib were very nice In terms of the musical entertainment: it was constant and quite loud In terms of the venue: very nice space and with interesting decor In terms of the dining experience, it was extremely crowded, despite having reserved seating in advance. Overall, not something I would want to do again
