The employee was super awesome and hard working but the reason for the low rating is that this location doesn't have more employees and it seem that they just have one to do everything which is not good for employees or customers

The guy working here is so slow. You have to wait almost like 15 mins to get your sandwich ready. Will take you hours if you are waiting last in the line. Time consuming subway not impressed.

My husband was waiting for 1h to be answered, to hear from the attendant who had canceled our order (we ordered online), as this establishment does not accept orders with a discount coupon. If not, why does subway offer discount coupons? slapstick.

Employee made the best of a bad situation. I had place an order, only to realize while I was picking it up that the order was for the next day. The employee honored the purchase and did so pleasantly. Thank you!

Ordered through the app, showed up at the store 1.5 hours before their posted closing time and theyre closed. I can literally see my sandwich in their rack, but the doors are locked and the lights are out. Totally unprofessional and they havent refunded me.
