These people are great!I called then because my Bosch dishwasher stopped mid-cycle and would no longer turn on. The repairman was at my house in 2 hours, and within another hour the problem was fixed.The repairman was punctual, polite, and a master at his craft. I will definitely call Metro Appliance Repair the next time I have have an appliance problem!

Metro gave us a quote for a refrigerator repair - which many  repair places do not until they come to the house - and did the work on time and to our satisfaction. In addition Alex noticed a missing part on our stove, ordered the part, and came back another day to fix it. Great service. Highly recommended.

These folks are great. Upfront and fair pricing, professional and friendly staff. Resolved my dishwasher issue quickly, and clearly explained the plan in case it were to re-occur, and that the cost of this repair would count toward any future work. Highly recommend!

Instead of sending someone to evaluate my dishwasher leak, Alex got on the phone with me to troubleshoot the problem.  We had 2 calls - I sent pictures and videos to him - and he figured out the leak.  For free!  You don't often come across experts who are generous with their time.  I won't go to anyone else.
