This place is a discredit to the Chinese People. All the negative stereotypes are experienced here. Let me state that I've had several massages throughout southeast Asia and North and south America. Primarily in Thailand and Vietnam the negotiations are done upfront. Here you're led downstairs by someone who acts as if they don't speak the language. When asked for price of massage you're given a laminated sheet with prices. My wife and I agreed to foot, head and shoulders. What happened next was an inordinate amount of time spent on the feet, about 45 minutes into it they started in shoulders and literally planned it so that they got to the problem part of our backs at the 1 hour cut off. Then they wanted us to extend in perfect English. We declined and were told we owed $20 per hour each more than the laminated sheet price. When I opened my wallet to pay the lady looked in and said "oh a lot of hundred dollar bills, big tip". The massages were okay, but best to avoid!

I mostly do not give low stars to service providers as they are working very hard to earn but I had no choice but to rate them on google with 2 stars so other people who might visit must know what they are getting into. When I entered to this place they were very very happy and all welcomed "just to make me a customer". The main issue is language they don't speak english so I faced a little difficulty but I asked for a leflet/card and I selected the service from the card "Foot+body massage combo for $48". It all started well the lady Meh provided me the service and she was all good and ask me for scrubbing to remove my foot skin but she did not mention any price (dollar amount) or anything she just showed/kept the scrubber on my foot and asked me ok ok? I thought she is asking if it is ok, if she uses the scrub and remove skin before doing the foot massage. I said yes! She started the massage and no doubt the foot massage was good, she used lotions and warm towels and all but the body massage was not at all good. It was just a dry massage (with clothes on) with no oil or lotion and nothing. It was like she is pushing and pressing my whole body with a lot of force. Now the time for payment they gave a piece of paper and said it is $56 and I was like why? It was $48 they said no $8 is for skin remove/scrub and I was like you did not say any amount when you ask and she was no I ask if its ok? I again said but you did not mention price, anyhow I did not say anything and I paid the full amount and added $4 as a tip and the lady Meh she said no pay me $10 as a tip and I said you're already charging $8 extra and $4 is ok and she became so rude and snatch the $4 from my hand and walked away in angerness and I felt so bad that may be I am wrong and then I gave her $10 as tip and she did not even said thanks and I left the place. All in all I paid $18 extra of the service which was not that worthy. As the body massage was not the body massage which they are showing in pictures on their shop. Never going back to this place. Just an advice if you want to visit. Ask for full amount in advance including tip as.

You go downstairs where it's super cold. They do have a space heater. Chairs were comfy. This was a foot massage, not foot reflexology, and it wasnt good. I turned on spa music softly and they were talking 30% of the time. We had an hour total, 40 minutes feet and 20 minutes of neck and shoulders (which instead was them pushing on your entire body, and actually sometimes pushing on your spine). They act like they don't understand a simple question...like "do you accept credit card?" We ended up having to walk down to the ATM. We paid 96 total and out of sheer courtesy tipped 14. They asked for more money and we said we didn't have it. Then they asked again and when we excused ourselves, one of the ladies threw a mini tantrum. All in all, just a really weird experience. The Gou Zu place nearby is waaaay better and does actual reflexology, and at least pretend to care. And they wash their hands, unlike one of the ladies who worked on us- she went to the bathroom and didn't wash her hands after.
