We are so fortunate to have connected with Shawn Kunkler, of Homeward Associates/Compass Real Estate on 1400 Van Ness Ave. San Francisco, CA.
I was looking for a professional, passionate, caring, straight forward person to handle the sale of our family home of over 50 plus years.
It was hectic and confusing at times during the selling process. Shawn kept the rudder on an even keel and a straight course of navigation.
Shawn was very attentive and caring to what our needs were.
As newbie sellers, our confusions and questions, were put to rest.
He walked us through and maintain a line of communicate that was clear on a continual basis. Sometimes a number of times per day. Just to clarify the process.
