I have used Leading Properties for one of my properties located in the Outer Richmond and Patrick was able to rent it within 2 weeks of obtaining the listing. These tenants are still currently there and over the last five years, Stewart has overseen this property with best results for both tenants and owner. I now have another property in the Lone Mountain neighborhood that I have given Patrick to manage and within one week, Adam was able to rent it at a very good rent. This far exceeds any expectations that I had for renting this property during the pandemic as it has been vacant for quite some time. This has been a great job done by all the members of Leading Properties. Thanks for everything.

I had a first rate experience leasing through Leading Property Management. Stuart does an excellent job - he’s accessible and responsive every time. Professional and friendly service, clear and straightforward - any questions or repairs were handled right away. I just moved and the close out process couldn’t have been easier. Adam Hume handled the front end of my lease with good humor and great service - 5 star service across the board!
