We are new to the real estate game, we have owned a duplex for about four years and aquired a fourplex last June. It has been difficult to collect rent at our duplex but we did not mind because we lived at the property. When we aquired the fourplex we quickly realized we were in over our heads. Half the tenants did not speak english and they were very demanding with repair requests. Heather of black book international was a godsend. Heather built great rapport with all our tenants so they now pay rent on time and do not harass us with requests. Black book is on top of every issue and very quick to respond to us with statements, reports and insight. We do not know where we would be without these people and we are so greatful for everything they do for us. The people of Blackbook are not just our property managers, they are also our mentors, friends and family.
