I went there for a blepharoplasty and paid $7000.00 for the procedure The result was not what I really expected..There is no much of a difference ..  and in fact after the procedure .. they told me to come back to remove the stitches She did it on one eye but not on the other one cuz she said until the the stitch line would show.   They never call me to do a follow up nor to take the last pictures of before and after results. I m extremely unhappy with the results This place is a scam I'm telling the truth. Do not use this business for anything

if youre looking for the best place to get injectables, lasers, microneedling, your search ends here! as an esthetician who has worked in many spas and medical offices around san francisco, i must say i am absolutely floored at the level of skill and care at this office. (not to mention all of the pricing is extremely reasonable compared to other medical offices.) I met Taylor for emsculpt, and over the course of several years and treatments, my appointments feel like hanging out with a best friend (who happens to be extremely good at her job.) Taylor is not only warm and compassionate, she is a true perfectionist when it comes to her job down to the millimeter. She listens, and will always offer the most ethical, safe, and appropriate treatment for the individual. While i have seen many top providers and dermatologists, Taylor (PA) is the real deal. she has addressed some of my highest insecurities, including stomach laxity, cherry angiomas, acne scars, and lips. every time the experience has been comfortable, and the outcome has been perfect. like magic!!! if youve been wanting to get a procedure but were nervous it wouldnt turn out right, just know youre in excellent hands here. just dont take up all the appointments, cause i need mine with Taylor

Everyone at the medical office is so warm and welcoming! If your Botox and filler needs, need to be fulfilled Taylor is your girl! I feel so comfortable with her and trust her in taking care of me and knowing exactly what areas need to be treated. She always offers her recommendations when asked but never upsells or pressures me, which I appreciate. Sometimes I go to other med spas and they dont care about the patient, just the money! Also not to forget she is so sweet, caring and gentle when working with me. If youre ever in the area you are in good hands with Taylor to get your fix!

To my SF girlies looking for your next Botox clinic, this is NOT it. I used to be so happy here when nurse Angela was around. She did my Botox and filler and always made me feel my best. Since she left, I went to nurse Sage because Taylor wasn't available. Nurse Sage said she looked up my chart and would inject the same amount of Botox in my forehead that Angela did. I left and two weeks later I still had so much movement (and when Angela did it I had none!) and my eyebrow raise was super uneven. I went back a month later for a touch up with Taylor. She gave me some units here and there. A few weeks later and I still had so much movement. Two months after the first injection with Sage and it looked like I didn't get any Botox. I have only gotten Botox a handful of times so it shouldn't metabolize this fast. I went back again and told Taylor my concerns and she wanted to charge me to do a full treatment of Botox again. I didn't want to spend another $500 considering I just got it done two months ago and it usually last me 5 months. I'm done with this medical spa. When they lost Angela, they lost me. Go elsewhere!
