        My go to framing shop in SF. Gracie (I hope I did not butcher her name) helped me the last time. She was an angel and took the best care of me and our art. Customer service 10/10. Give her a raise!

        Wanted to leave awesome feedback for Alyssa. She was the consultant we needed without realizing it. Her ability to match our frames to art + our family heirloom/photographs was unreal and her eye of design exceeded any expectations I hadand then some. Cheers and will be back.

        Customer service: not great.I walked in hoping to get a quote on a custom frame, I had a general idea of the measurements / wood etc, but the person helping me came off pretentious and refused to give me a very high level range for a quote. Given, I don't know much about framing but instead of being helpful and asking questions, the person came off rude and didn't provide any guidance. I have decided to take my business elsewhere as my first impression wasn't great.
