$600 for a PT session!?!! How is this helping? I was referred here - my doctor at UCSF charged me less than that for an appointment.

This review is directed at the receptionist and administration. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful, they will not schedule more than two appointments at a time. They make you schedule through a call center, that will have you on the phone 15 minutes or more - instead of having reception do it in less than 2 minutes, like every other place. Wouldn't it be easier for the receptionist to schedule appointments? Apparently not, I would like to know what else reception is doing because they did not seem busy. My issue here is that because of this system they have no availability of appointments and therefore there is no continuity or frequency of physical therapy sessions required for proper care. At this rate I have had 2 appointments in 4 weeks. The therapist I met was really nice, however, I DO NOT recommend this place because you will not receive the care needed to make your condition better if you're not able to go in as requested by your doctor (in my case, twice a week).

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, my therapist seemed very qualified and attentive. However, I don't know how to describe the pricing as anything less than absurd. I was charged $385 for one 45min appointment (the day before, they called and quoted my financial liability at $147). In this appointment, I was given 2 simple hand motions to exercise and a plastic split that took the therapist 15min to trace on a paper towel, scissor cut out of plastic, place in warm water and wrap around my wrist. Even with insurance this seems insane and borderline fraudulent to me. May god have mercy on your soul if you are referred here and do not have insurance.
