Dignity Health Physical Therapy at Saint Francis Health Center

Dignity Health bills for extra services without telling you. A free preventative health visit cost $300 because they charged for two different appointments, even though I was only there for 1 visit to the doctor. Trying to dispute this is impossible. Also, they are impossible to reach after an appointment for medication refills or pre-authorization. It took an entire month to get a pre-authorization due to them not picking up calls, not returning calls, and not responding to the pharmacy. What a mess and so unethical with their billing practices.

Fantastic, astoundingly excellent physical therapists are to be found here. Jenna & Lisa have been instrumental in my recovery from shoulder surgery (SLAP tear & ruptured biceps tendon), and the entire staff has been fabulous to work with. Super great & supportive attitudes abound. This place hires *well*.

I had a lot of upper back and neck pain, due to long hours of working before a computer. So I came here for professional help and at the end of my treatment I felt much better than before. Most of all, I left with so much knowledge about my pain and necessary tools to continue improve my condition. I am now confident that I will get better and better gradually by keep doing what they taught me. Dr Z was very funny and attentive. Dustin and Lisa have amazing massage skills, every time after their massage I feel so relieved. They were both nice people to work with. They listen to my concerns, answer my questions with deep knowledge, taught me helpful stretching and work-out exercises. Thank all of you for your help.

I have been working with Physical Therapist Doctor Jenna Friel in order for her to help me get back to health. She is very compassionate and very knowledgeable in her field of Physical Therapy. She recommended several strengthening exercises in order to help with my core strength. I cant say enough good things about Doctor Friel, she has a fantastic beside manner and its obvious that she really cares about her patients. Gi Gi at the front desk does an amazing as well.
