Concentra Urgent Care

I had a poor experience at this urgent care. It is more like a work-related medical examination facility and should not be allowed to act as an Urgent Care facility. After a two-hour wait in a packed facility, the front desk staff (Alejandra) mishandled my insurance and was about to charge me $35 instead of the $20 that my insurance card mentions. It was eventually sorted out after I intervened and insisted. The medical care was subpar; the nurse improperly conducted multiple rapid tests, hastily discarding the materials without waiting even 5 minutes which led to confusion. Everything came back negative! And she skipped repeating what she had messed up because she didnt think I had flu anyway! The doctor (Dr. Uraizee) was distracted and unhelpful, contributing to a very impersonal and frustrating visit. They said they would do a throat swab but never did and said they had the swab, but I saw the nurse throw everything away! I left feeling undervalued and unresolved, with the prospect of needing to seek care again elsewhere. Definitely won't recommend this place based on my experience.

Went there, 730 am and they only had 1 person staffed and told me they didn't have space for anyone to see me. Hiw can you be an urgent care if you don't have anyone to see people?

I didn't go but I called to inquire about an appointment and the person at the phone was very rude.
