        Got my glasses here and eye exam here since it is conveniently located near where I work. The process was pretty stream lined since they do not get crazy busy. Staff was friendly and they accepted my insurance. Still using the glasses.

        "We only tell our customers about a warranty on their glasses if they specifically ask about a warranty." -- Woman at the front desk, after I spent $305 fixing a pair of glasses because they didn't tell me about a warranty. Save yourself the money and hassle, and please don't reward this company's bad business practices.
