The parking and layout here can be a bit confusing. Yes, there is an underground garage and no the entrance is not obvious. You have to take a sharp right down the ramp when turning in from 5th.

Poor service, untimely, pills often out of stock, they must have a “just in time” inventory, office people don’t talk to one another, instructions left with one person never get relayed because requests rarely followed, promises are made that aren’t kept, calls to complain or inquire involve a lengthy, convoluted phone tree that offers limited frustrating options. If you do get through to a live person they won’t be able to provide any satisfactory answers because they’re just uninformed placeholders, probably temps. This is what happens when medicine is practiced on the Ford Motor model - assembly line medicine.

Do your labs at the Geary office if you can. Service is friendly here, but the lab is significantly smaller. If you want an efficient process and quick results for routine tests, go to the Geary office.
