        I first reached out for a project estimate for my parents' backyard in SF. The measurement of the backyard was done in March and Go Green quickly provided a fair quote. We asked for a second estimate because we wanted to make some additional changes to the backyard. The company gladly agreed and came back to the house for a second measurement. However, we never received the second quote. We reminded Go Green at least 5 times over the phone for the quote. We finally received the quote in September and the company apologized for not sending it earlier. It's unfortunate because we really wanted to go with Go Green for the backyard project. However, because we did not receive the quote for several months, we did not go with the company for the backyard project.
