An exquisite and magical experience from beginning to end. Linda Kha, owner of Carats & Stones, is an amazing jeweler and designer. She designed the perfect heirloom engagement ring for my betrothed. I will be honest, I had no clue on how to go about looking for an engagement ring until divine inspiration came in the form of a question, what if someone could take my parents' engagement & wedding rings and design something for my Beloved. Within minutes I was running to Carats & Stones with rings in hand and fingers crossed. Linda listened to what I had in mind and instantly began to sketch out what became the absolutely perfect engagement ring. The ring is beautiful beyond words and is dazzling to look at and my now fianc absolutely Loves it. I still have no idea how to shop for an engagement ring but I certainly know if you are looking for a one of a kind experience and engagement ring there is only one place to go, Carats & Stones. Great reputable jewelry store. Linda was extremely nice and helped us resize an antique ring and replace some prongs around the stones. They also polished a silver chain for me.

Carats & Stones is my favorite jeweler! Linda and the rest of her team are amazing, very customer focused and attentive. I've bought pieces from the store, but they've also created custom jewelry for me and worked on repairs. Thank you for all that you do! I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Highly recommend! After months of looking for a jeweler/ring and visiting many across the Bay Area, I can say with certainty that Carats and Stones exceeded my expectations in every regard. Jackie took the time that was needed to find the perfect diamond, was patient in making sure I chose the best band, and was completely genuine in her search to make sure I was happy with the final engagement ring. I cant say enough good things about this jeweler! At other jewelers, it felt like you were being sold to, but at Carats and Stone, it made you feel like they were part of the journey. Truly exceptional customer service!
