Ordered sashimi on Uber Eats - pieces were broken and small and not fresh, instantly regretted this and would not recommend

Just had dinner here, it was the best sushi I have had in a long time. The hamachi pear sushi was the start, an amazing mix of different flavors. The service was also great, checking in just enough to make sure if we needed anything we could ask. I will definitely be coming back.

This is Japanese uni they served and this dish alone was $47 for two pieces. The fish was not fresh from the look but I hope it was okay. I ate and regretted immediately because the smell of it made it clear that it had gone bad. The restaurant denied and did nothing about it.

Wow! Outstanding service with creative and delicious omakase. Just traditional enough modern nigiri. Everything was fresh. Will go again next time in SF.

Dropped by Kabuto for dinner. Started with their cheapest sake. It came in a cool oversized stone shot glass. Was very good so we shared a pot.
Started with the 1849 oysters which are a definite must try. The maguro, sake, dragon, were all delicious. One thing I noticed, is that even the small fish eggs had a lot of flavor compared to many places Ive been to in my home state.
Very good, fast, customer service and the sushi chefs were fantastic. Thank you Kabuto!
