A few days ago my company made the unfortunate mistake of contacting Managed by Q for an office cleaning quote. We filled out the form on their website and provided all our contact information along with all the specifics of services requested. Yes, they were upfront and let us know they had a network of cleaning companies that would bid for our business. But, they did NOT mention that they would share our contact information with what at this point seems to be everybody and their brother! :/ Due to the high volume of calls we receive per day, we are feeling frustrated (hence this negative review) My recommendation to anyone looking for a cleaning company, do your own research; Google or Yelp are fantastic places to start, read reviews and contact the service provider of your choice DIRECTLY (instead of companies who turns around and sells your information) and whenever possible try to choose small local business over big corporations.
