        Before it was bought by a couple "turnaround" investors, Wendy's International owned part of it but decided it didn't understand fast-casual dining. Get the picture? After the old owners bought back their shares from Wendy's it was tolerable for a while, even good. But now, you can tell the kitchen is a mass-production outfit, adding pre-cooked meats and crap to the pasta. Chicken was tough and overcooked. Wait staff was nice enough, and loads of local moms and kids don't seem to mind. Overpriced (but watch for deals) and just mediocre. It doesn't feel like the owners care very much. Restroom was a mess.
