She is very cooperative, although I find it difficult to speak because I'm not good in the English language, but she solves any problem that I encounter with my car and finds solutions for me even in off hours . She is more than just an insurance agent. She is really a very nice, friendly and helpful person with me and my friends. I highly recommend dealing with her.

Adrienne and her team are truly amazing! Insurance can be a hassle and she makes everything so seamless. My family and I have worked with her and her team for over 15+ years. She is the only agent we will work with. Any issue we have big or small she is quick to make sure that not only it is handled, but it is handled with such urgency and diligence. No matter what the situation is, they always make sure that we are taken care of as a client. They also truly care about saving you money and care about you on a personal level. Thank you Adrienne for all that you and your team do! The best agent in the bay.

I have been working with A.N. for many years but she and her team are generally non responsive to calls, emails and texts even when it comes to important and urgent matters. Because I pay my premiums and file claims via the mobile app I don't even bother calling her. She's unprofessional and unqualified as an insurance agent.

I have been with Adrienne at Sate Farm for over a decade and it's so much more than an agent, it's a relationship. She has been there for me in confusion, anger, regret and sadness when i have had benders. I have her cell phone! And she's always there talking IRL, in real life, about what we can do, evolving my options and really, being a FRIEND. She's been an agent for 21 years and knows all the stops. She is professional and hears out your situation, and compliments that with being human, approachable and kind. She has given me advice well beyond my policy, selflessly. She cares about your goals, and it shows. When issues arise, she is there to advocate, and make it a low stress phone call with a friend. Im sharing this because somehow she got a bad review, which blew my mind! Keep in mind, you get what you give. She is a professional and sincere person, who has always been kind and available to me. Could not recommend more.
