Dealing with insurance agents is never an easy task, but Pedro made the process extremely easy. I gave him a call early in the morning because my previous policy was about to lapse and I needed coverage immediately. Pedro offered to quote me over the phone but I was in the area so I decided to stop by his office so we could expedite the process. When I walked in Pedro greeted me and made me feel welcome by asking me some basic questions about myself just to get the conversation going. After going through the application, I let Pedro know that although price was extremely important, I had never had an agent that was as friendly as he was. Pedro then informed me that he was able to get me a lower rate with Farmers while also providing me with more comprehensive coverage than I had previously. He was then able to get me a larger discount by adding my renters insurance, which turned out to only be a couple extra dollars a month. Overall, it was a great experience and to this day Pedro has been nothing but helpful!
