Adriana's provided a deep cleaning of my house after multiple roommates, various levels of cleaning and post pandemic dirt/grime. They did a fantastic and thorough job on my apartment. The crew went above and beyond!! I highly recommend using their service for your cleaning needs. I'm incredibly disappointed and feel robbed. I just paid $420 for a deep cleaning job I have yet to experience. I'll start with the positives - the manager, Eddie, was really responsive and his team was on time, actually early, for our appointment. The first job they did which included a deep clean was very unsatisfactory for our standards so we followed up with Eddie and he reassured me they'll come again the next day to address my concerns. The next day was no better and he didn't follow up to inquire how the job was after the second try. Our cabinets were left filthy, the kitchen had tough stains, the refrigerator was left dirty and with the nasty odor we experienced before. The website claims that a deep clean includes washing the interior or appliances, so the lack of attention to detail, for $420 was incredibly shocking. It's the most we've paid for a cleaning job ever, and certainly the worst one yet. Additionally when I asked for a discount, Eddie offered only a $50 discount and didn't follow up to grant our discount. I'd anticipate a $100 discount for the level of service we received.
