Accesible prices. Nice and clean rooms and kind, professional and responsive staff. I stayed for GDC 2022 during an entire week and the pleasure of meeting one the most professional, kind, responsive and genuinely empathetic person I've met in my life, Ronald. He was quick to give me any important indications and information about the hotel, overall questions I had from San Francisco, and he is more than able to touristic related information. But beyond these things, he was simply put, very kind and attentive time and time again during my stay. Amazing work ethic and great experience boost of my visit to San Francisco! I'd Definitely return and recommend to friends!

Excellent. Been there twice. Rooms are standard, other comments mention noise but we had no issue. The best part is their staff. They are the kindest of all. They received our Amazon packages even before weve checked in and let us rearrange our luggage (we made a mess!) after weve checked out. Totally recommend it, my go-to hotel in San Francisco

I absolutely love this quaint down to earth bouquet style hotel . Bthe staff is wonderful concerned and very helpful. No matter the question or request. What I loved theost was the uncluttered clean rooms . There was plenty of room to move about in the doublE room . This was the time away I needed and enjoyed. I loved the place so much, I've come back several times and things only get better. It's almost like being norm for cheers walking in. It a place where everyone knows your name
