Carl Hotel

Looks like a crack house room. Who would pay to rent this hotel? You'd have to pay me to stay in what looks like a 200 year old closet!

If you're looking for a simple bachelor, or a temporary living situation, this is great. No longer a hotel, its been turned into rooms for rent. Minimum three months, no kitchen in most. Rent includes electric, water, and cable along with hit and miss Wi-Fi. The 24hr n Judah train drops you at the door and the neighborhood is great. Just right for students or someone who spends most of their time working or outside.
