Please make sure delivery orders are ready, or at least stop taking and making new orders when the driver is sitting there waiting for an order already in the system

I rated two stars because the food still tasted good in the end. The recipes are great, but Im not sure if they forgot to cook it, or chose not to. We ordered delivery about a half-an-hour before close. It was my first time ordering here, and I was so disappointed to bite into completely cold potatoes. Im not sure if it was because it was close to closing time, but my food was barely warm, while my husbands was completely cold as if just taken out of the refrigerator. The macaroni and cheese even had that lovely coating it gets when it gets cold and sticky from the refrigerator. Im pregnant, and not happy about having to fire up my oven to make the food even edible.
