      image If youre looking for a trainer to help set you up for a good routine or just someone to keep guiding you, I highly recommend Nelson O.
      Over a few months, he showed me a variety of exercises while explaining the fundamentals, which helped give me structure and confidence to keep going on my own. Ive worked out knowing the basics for many years on/off, but this experience leveled me up for many years to come. Thank you!
