HOWARD LAZAR, had a separate janitorial business for the entire 42 years in the employ of the City and County of San Francisco. He was never in the office and complaints to the CCSF went uninvestigated. When he was called in to a Board of Appeals hearing, he was reprimanded for a lack of response; lack of evidence and falsifying documents. A homeless man testified that Lazar threw him out of the South End Rowing Club, where he was a janitor for years.
LAZAR, ripped off his own family who leant him a down payment for a house in San Raphael. LAZAR never repaid it and his mother sued him. LAZAR used street artist to renovate the house and never paid them.
HOWARD LAZAR has 42 Orders of Determanation issued against him by the SF Board of Supervisors.
More than any other CCSF employee to date. LAZARS solution was to file false claims against the multiple claimants.

KATE PATTERSON; ANNE TRICKEY AND HOWARD LAZAR have 52 Orders of Determination issued against them by the San Francisco Board of Supervisors. The orders were the result of multiple complaints at different times asking for documents relative to hearing procedures, Bayview Opera House, grant selection process and the street artist program. None received the information they requested and all were slandered at hearings for no apparent reason. The SF Arts Commissions' claim was that they didn't have to turn over documents, "if they felt scared". PATTERSON, went so far as to ask for an escort out of SF City Hall.
BARBARA MUMBY, at a hearing over the removal of the Pioneer Monument claimed she was an, "investigator for the Manhattan District Attorney's Office under public comment. She was a SF Arts Commission employee.

ANNE TRICKEY, seems self centered with a chip on her shoulder. Clearly, she hates artists. She lied in court documents about an assault that didnt take place and got a street artist to lie about service of the documents.
She lied in court and the taxpayers of the CCSF paid for her personal vendetta.
TRICKEY, claimed someone she seems to have a personal vandetta against copied her artwork. She filed the paperwork in Oakland Federal Court wrong. She failed to provide copies of the work protected under an active copyright; failed to provide the copyright; failed to include and active copyright and requested a fee waiver for the filing fee. This woman is a menace to society and should be fired.

ANNE TRICKEY, a low level secretary there seems to want to be in charge of the entire place. She gossiped to me for over an hour about a former street artist that neither she or I know. TRICKEY, admitted to falsifying an SFPD police report and lying in court.
She got some kid street artist to lie about serving the paperwork and claimed she was assaulted. This is how this city agency champions the arts?

Went there with a subpoena and had to return three times as no one was there during business hours. A female employee of the SFAC filed a false SDPD report
claiming she was assauted. Four moths later, she lied in court and after the respondent showed cell phone footage of the incident-it was clear there was
No assault. After two years of asking for responsive documents- getting. O response-
and now a federal subpoena for documents-once again no response. There needs
to be a civil grand jury investigation on the day to day operations of the SFAC and
an Anne Trickey.
