I finally paid off my child support and my case was closed. I've waited 6 years to get my license back. I had an appointment for the DMV, 1 month after the case was closed. And I waited 2 hours to just be told I won't be getting my license back because child support did not send the release paperwork. When I even told them the day my case was closed that I need the release form to get my license back. And they tell me, 1 month later, that they forgot...very unprofessional.
