This review is based on the overall experience at the South Park location. First off the good, the staff is very friendly and professional and I had the chance to have multiple doctors I was very comfortable with. The bad, don't expect any of these doctors to be there very long. I've been with them less than 2 years and have had at least 5 different doctors. Everyone I had set appointments with left or went on leave, I understand change happens, but this is unprecedented. The reality is, simple steps like getting a prescription refilled required me to set a new appointment, since the doctors that prescribed my original mediction left (happened multiple times for a perscription). When I needed a renewal that should take a day at most, it took over a week and only because I had to chase them down or it would never had happen. The manager admitted to me that they can't keep staff at this location as a result of the cost of living. Good luck getting anyone on the phone at the office too. I'm done with One Medical and you should never consider this location unless "musical doctors" is your thing. I had a previous bad experience at the Embarcadero location as well. I'm done with One Medical forever and if you read this review I just did you a huge favor. You're welcome! :)
