I have visited Yoppi Yogurt a few times, each time was a different experience, both very good. They make their product, it isn't supplied, so expect things to run out or not be available all of the time.
I love the diversity in flavors. Chai ice cream? Thai tea ice cream? Yes and please. Homemade (can you call it that when its an ice cream shop/bakery) ice cream sandwiches and ice cream bars? Uhm, two please!
The parking is complex, to say the least. This location is in Mid-City Los Angeles so that's to be expected, why complain about it?

came on a Friday evening and the line was short (15 minutes) and ordered
red velvet sandwich
Thai ice tea
blue velvet cake
chocolate cake
i found heaven on earth! will come back!
p.s. leave ice cream sandwiches defrosting for 10 minutes before eating helps texture of macarons, if you can resist the temptation.

So everyone raves about the ice cream sandwiches here and while they are tasty, I personally have a soft spot for Diddy Reese ice cream sandwiches and they will always be my first love, even if i do cheat on them once in a while. Ah, but alas that is neither here nor there!
What I do love at Yoppi Yogurt, is the ice cream shakes and specifically the Coffee Toffee Crunch Shake is a coffee lovers caffeine delight. It's everything you would love about a coffee dessert, smooth coffee flavors, crunchy sweet toffee notes, and sweet mother of god creaminess. If that isn't enough to hold you over the ooey gooey cookies are to die for. Slightly warmed up they are like fresh baked cookies right out of the oven that never harden and leave you liking your fingers for all that ooey and gooeyness.

Went here on a Sunday night and it was packed out the door! Been wanting to try this place for months so we decided to stay in line. I tried the red velvet macaron icecream sandwich. I also wanted to try the grasshopper one but was too full for both, lol. The red velvet one was just the right consistency. Friends had told me prior that theirs were super frozen and inedible. For some reason, mines was just right. It was a little too sweet, but I enjoyed it anyways. I'm really looking forward to coming back so I can try the other flavors! (and the blue velvet cake too.) Also, they had carrot cake ice cream.. I've never seen that before!

Puffle cone was a game changer! Ordered the Sun, Moon, and Stars, which is an oblong, jasmine, and green tea flavored ice cream and it was so good! I've never had anything like it and it tastes similar to earl grey tea but with more floral notes. The service is awesome and the employees always greeted us as we came in and asked if we had questions about the menu. This is definitely my new go to ice cream spot!
