Romy Flower Shop

Wow! I had such a great experience here, and I cannot recommend Romys enough for your flower needs (and wants:)). I was visiting a stylish friend with extremely good taste, and I wanted to bring her a nice bouquet that didnt look cheesy, supermarket-y, or super traditional. I let the owner (I didnt get her name!) know what I wanted and my budget ($30-40), and she whipped up something beautiful and special all while cheerfully chatting to me about why SF is a floral hub and her vision for Romy. I left fifteen pleasant minutes after walking in with a gorgeous bouquet that wowed my friend and fit right in with her hip/femme/maximalist aesthetic. Im already looking for a reason to go back and Im rooting for Romys success! What a treat.

Went here to buy flowers for my Mom. Flowers here were GORGEOUS! Loved the minimalist look & outlay of the shop.

I bought two bunches of flowers from Romy today and they are just gorgeous! So unique as well: hydrangeas with a light pink hue and off-white sunflowers. Craft paper is standard wrap by most SF florists, but Romy wraps her flowers in white paper with a white ribbon and it makes the flowers look so elegant. My neighborhood has been missing a good florist for years so I'm very pleased Romy Floral Design is open!

Wonderful boutique owner! The flowers I purchased were beautiful, affordable and well-wrapped. Romy and I had a lovely conversation, and was very welcoming to me on my first trip to SF. She also was kind enough to sell me a vase from her display case because I didn't have one. She told me that she opened her business only a few months ago -- what a gem in the Mission!
