I sprained my wrist November 21, 2014 and was swelled up pretty bad... December 9, 2014, I called Dr. Cynthia M Carsolin-Chang M.D. and a Ms. Stephanie who answered my phone call, was very unprofessional, I asked her nicely like 3-5 times that I sprained my wrist and like to set an appointment, apparently, she put me on hold three (3) times and asked me three (3) times what I need done! WTF! I was like shaking my head and she had the nerves to say "DON'T GET MAD AT ME!" LISTEN TO THE PATIENT! SPRAIN WRIST! I am in process of looking for another doctor because of that bullshit! It's not the first time... she done this to me!
