Ive gone here multiple times but this time called for a review. Normally I would give 4.5-5 stars. The only thing I dislike is the long wait. You need to place a reservation months ahead, or if you have time you can randomly check online the day of for last minute cancellations. Small parties of 2 maybe can walk in and sit at the bar. But we live far, so we need a guaranteed spot. I took my friends who never been and I was a little embarrassed. Everything was good except the service. Dennis seemed sporadic for a Thursday night. He was nice but it felt awkward. First he spilled our cocktail and didnt offer to replace it, he forgot our sides, and didnt offer our second serving of prime rib. Not sure how to explain the conversations but it just felt awkward and by then we didnt feel comfortable to ask for anything. One of us needed to pack left overs of a king cut, and he left out the bone (the best part and had so much meat on it), he put the corn and spinach together in one container so it got mixed up (didnt end up tasting the same), we also asked for horse radish to bring home but it never made it in the bag. Luckily the food and sides still tasted as good as I remembered. my friends enjoyed it for the first time and would like to come again since they didnt get their second slice. But if we end up sitting in Denniss section, wed nicely ask to have a different server. Parking: Valet $17
