I have extremely happy with the support I received. Replies were prompt (overnight as I live in Australia). I was given advice on how to work through the problem, but when the issue persisted I was offered a refund. This was offered not asked for. The money was then transferred quickly. I will look at other products across the range and would be happy to invest again.

I've been following mass drop for years and i wanted to take the plunge and get an ergo-dynamic mechanical keyboard. Found an item i wanted and logged in. The item was sold out and not being re-offered. As a matter of good online hygiene, I went to delete the account. Took me 2 seconds to create an account and days to delete it. I should not have to put in a ticket to delete an account. Mass Drop is supposed to be making products more accessible, these dark patterns are just making things worse.
