Tara is so wonderful! But she moved to Berkeley. Dr. Tessler is not receiving new patients, nor Dr. Milkman, and the latter is set to retire. Not sure what's going on with that practice! Two of the doctors that were part of that group have also left. I saw another nurse practitioner, but she was not very good. For example, didn't fill a critical prescription and it took days to fix that over the phone, but filled prescriptions I said I didn't need. I have also had billing issues with this group.

I've been going to Bayspring since 1998. Drs. Milkman and Tessler and Tara Reilly are all amazing carers who've seen me through a number of health issues. There was a time a few years back that the front office staff seemed disengaged, but they were never rude to me. Just seemed like they would rather be somewhere else. That has improved greatly in recent years. I've never had problems with billing errors. Sometimes there's a wait for your call to be answered, but I just try back later if I can't wait. Schedulers and medical assistants are all courteous. Messages through the patient portal are answered promptly. I'm really sorry to read that others that had so many issues with this practice. I know other patients there who've had some bumps in the road, mainly with the staff. Please consider giving them a try - I can't be the only one who's had an overall great experience there.

While Dr. Milkman is great, it's nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone in the office to make an appointment or foster any type of communication. Unfortunately, I don't recommend.

I’ve been going to bay spring medical group for the past 10 years and I can’t say anything bad about this place! Even when I have changed insurance companies, I make sure I still have access to these amazing doctors! I’ve seen almost every doctor and NP in the office, but my favorite person to see is Tara Reilly. She is kind, informative, straight forward, and I always leave feeling better than when I came into the office. I always recommend this office to friends and colleagues, and every person who has come to this office has said the same thing - they are truly amazing!
