I've partnered with ADG for over a year now on a multi-stakeholder project involving both startups and corporate innovation. ADG is an excellent design partner because they are more than just great UX/UI designers- they really focus on the go-to-market strategy and how to incorporate that into the product design. Their Design & Society approach is truly exceptional- it helped us have better working insights and a roadmap that came from a place of deeply understanding the market opportunity and utilizing our resources to tackle it. As a research and design director in the healthcare ventures space for a Fortune 500, it's tough to find a design partner who understands how to navigate the complexities and ambiguity of the healthcare industry. ADG's Design & Society approach has all the proven tools of a user-centered framework and adds a whole dimension of systems thinking to tackle problems at a societal level. It empowered us to design not just for the needs of individual actors but also for the collective good. Through ADG’s partnership, skill and experience we pushed together through individual stakeholder needs towards a balanced and empowering understanding of the diverse futures we could design for. I've found a lot of other design firms to be out of touch with business reality, while ADG manages to be future thinkers who know how to bring things back to today and be grounded in all aspects of growth.
