    Unresponsive and unprofessional. My wife had an issue with an emergency issue with a permanent crown falling out. The doctor provided an ill fitting retainer which was unusable. Her staff could never improve the fit. She also gave reassurance and would contact her with a plan. She never contacted us following numerous attempts on our part. I'm a medics professional and she never returned my calls as well. Fortunately we found a competent team elsewhere. We are still receiving bills a year later for essentially negative help.

    Dr Subramanian is the most EXCELLENT dentist and BEST dental experience in town! I've been coming here for 15 years. With the latest, up to date technology, digital x-rays, expert staff, and the most pleasant demeanor of anyone; you will want to see her every day! I have regular cleanings, deep cleanings, invisalign; all with great results...and zero anxiety. I never thought I would find a dentist that I look forward to going to. She explains everything to you in as much detail as you want. The views of the Bay from the 25th floor are so beautiful you will want to stay after your exam for cocktails. You need to come here for dental happy hour after work.

    Just wanted to update my review and say that this has been the worst experience I have ever had receiving medical care. Because of the fault of the office they never processed my insurance correctly and then contacted me over two years later trying to collect. When they finally went back in correct their mistake the insurance company would not process the request.Dr. Aparna reached out to me roughly six months after my appointment with them and apologized for the mistake with appoints and such. However, she did not let me know i still had an outstanding balance with them and acted as if everything had been settled sending me my X-rays. I'm sure she is well intentioned, but i suspect she only did so after reading my review. She might be a perfectly adequate dentist but has no business running a practice. I was contacted by a different person on her staff the next year and then told everything had be resolved. Again contacted two years later by another person on her staff saying I owed $320. If they had been upfront with everything at the beginning or just billed me (even without telling me the cost) i would have paid. But to constantly harass, misinform, ignore their faults, and fail to process payments or file claims in time... All that being said I still want to think that i am an exception. But their reluctance to amend the situation any of the numerous times it was made clear to them of their faults, they refused to do so.

    They are doing an amazing job to keep us safe during the COVID-19 pandemic: 30 mins between each patient for cleaning, temperature check and health assessment once you arrive, and they also installed new air conditioning systems to reduce the risk of potential virus transmission. Most businesses, even larger ones, should take example. I came the first day they re-opened for a routine appointment (for my Invisalign treatment) and felt very safe, so I decided to schedule another one for my annual cleaning. Everything went very well, I would highly recommend to anyone still nervous about the idea of going to the dentist while the virus is still spreading, to schedule an appointment here.
