Dr. Felton is top shelf! His office is very nice. Staff is great.

Dr Felton and his team have been taking care of my teeth for 6+ years now. I've referred many coworkers to him because he's fantastic. Conveniently located in "The Dentist Building" in Union Square (450 Sutter), he has a bright, tidy office with great views of downtown (that you can even see when lying back in the chair...) He has several dental hygienists that do all of the cleaning work: Nikki, in particular, is super nice and does her job very well. Dr Felton mostly swoops in after your cleaning to check in on you, read your files, and do a quick inspection himself. Robert is the office manager and he is very organized and has a great memory: making appointments and getting follow-ups are very easy with him. 3 years ago, I was at a juncture where I could take all four of my wisdom teeth out, or wait to see if they would cause me additional pain. Dr Felton went to great lengths to present me my options, walk through my current condition, and left it entirely up to me whether or not to get surgery. At no point was he pushy about getting me to have a major surgery. In the end, I decided to have them out and Dr Felton referred me to a great oral surgeon; despite not doing the surgery himself, Dr Felton and his office followed up with me to see how I was doing post-surgery! I've been fortunate enough to not have to have any major dental issues, so my twice-a-year visits to Dr Felton are for routine cleanings. I don't dread going to the dentist at all!
