A truly professional, conscientious doctor.  She is detailed and loves her profession.  It's a pleasure to see her. I'd highly recommend her to anyone.

Summary: Practices like this are why people hate going to the dentist. They are now out of network for EVERY insurance (yep, you read that right), try to upsell patients, and generally dont care about patients time or well-being. Ive never left a review like this, but I feel compelled to warn people about this dental practice. They are the epitome of why so many people dread going to the dentist. They try to sell you on things you dont understand like deep cleanings and weird treatments that arent covered by insurance. Additionally, Ive had a pretty bad experience every time Ive come here. My first visit they sold me on a deep cleaning with some expensive gel treatment I had to come back for. I never got a diagnosis or explanation of why I needed this treatment. Later I came in for a night guard fitting and they gave me the wrong night guard. It fit so poorly that it made me bleed and they had to send it back. This meant I had to make the trek to their office in FIDI two times because of their mistake. They didnt seem to care about how inconvenient this was and rushed me out both times. On top of this, the night guard was like $700 and cracked after a few months. Today, I came in for a regular cleaning and to show them the cracked night guard. The assistant waited until I was in the chair to tell me they no longer took ANY insurance!! WHAT!! Whats the point of paying for dental insurance each month if Im also going to have to later fight with insurance to reimburse me? She then blamed ME and said I should have known about the new policy because they emailed me the information in their EOY newsletter (who reads that!?). I double checked and theres absolutely no information on this change in that newsletter (see photo attached). The assistant told me I would owe something like $260-280 for the cleaning appointment, then would have to work with my insurance to get reimbursed. It was clear Id be alone in that process and its simply not what I signed up for. Given my experience at this practice, I would have switched dentists long ago if they had actually communicated that they were out-of-network for all insurance. After taking time off work and going all the way to FIDI, I ended up leaving the office without getting my teeth cleaned. Im looking forward to finding a better and more honest dentist and hope this review prevents others from being put in the same uncomfortable situation.

Dr. Vo is the worst dentist!! Her bad dentistry has already cost me thousands of dollars. She insisted on performing two minor fillings on the same day that she did a deep cleaning that involved numbing my gums. As a result, she didn't file down the fillings properly and i ended up cracking a tooth and suffering nerve damage because of the misalignment. Then came an abscess,  a root canal, a crown and I will probably lose the impacted tooth all together which means I'll be looking at $10-$15,000 for an implant. The most ironic part is I barely needed the fillings, which she insisted on saying they would be preventative. And I barely needed the deep cleaning. Her upselling of services and the bad judgment she showed by scheduling both procedures on the same day has cost me pain and suffering and money I don't have. I cannot warn you more strenuously-stay away or you'll be as sorry as I was and am!!
