I went to the address Delta sent me. I went to 2323 Noriega Street, San Francisco, I was told Dr. Justin Tin does not take HMO patient in this office. I was sent to another address on the same street with different Dental Group Stannum Dental Group。 I was booked an appointment， I went back and ask is it one appointment or two. The receptionist stated they never do X ray and cleaning in one visit. She still so rough and unwelcoming. I feel like I am 3rd class citizen since I am HMO. I do not have any choice to choose my provider. I was sent to Stannum Dental Group 1636 Noriega Street, Dr. Jack Sun. I called Delta to make sure Stannum Dental Group is not under Delta and not fraud. Delta cannot verified it at all.

3 stars because I couldn't find the place, there are no signs outside. The office is open and loud, making me feel like I was in a supermarket. staff was talking to each other (unprofessional) while the patient is lying there. The front desk ladies are extremely busy, seems like they're rushing things and that makes me feel uncomfortable. Everyone looks friendly and the doctor sounds like she knows what she's doing, but if the atmosphere looks like that, it really makes me wonder if it's trustworthy.

I needed a new crown.  These people were going to charge me extra for removing the old crown, checking margins, etc., which would have brought it up another $825 over my insurance coverage. Beware!

Dishonest!  My mom went to see Justin Lam and his office told her that a deep cleaning would be over $600 and not covered by her insurance company.  I called the insurance company and they confirmed that it was.  This practice preyed on my mom because she is an elderly woman.  Evil people.

Every one in my family loves this dental office. The attending dentist helps clean and maintain our teeth. They resolved our teeth problems rapidly. We highly recommend Justin Lam Tin,DDS because of their skill sets and knowledge.
