Echoing the positive sentiments of many others here. Quality ingredients, high variety, nutritious and excellent sauce compositions. Thistle has been a blessing in our house. HUGE time saver without compromising taste or health. Thank you so much Thistle team!

I have had HORRIBLE customer service from Thistle. My story is way too long to include the whole thing here, but, believe me, HORRIBLE experience. Deliveries not showing up with late/minimal communication, after repeated requests to speak with someone on the phone, constant emails back that are confusing and unhelpful, and then right after one of my deliveries didn't show up, another one was late. And I have to constantly email and leave voicemails to even get any kind of a response, even though the responses are all unhelpful.

Love this meal service. Super fresh, healthy and delicious - I'm not vegan by any means (I love BBQ, wings, carnitas, sausages, etc) but have enjoyed their vegan offerings as much as any meat. The salads are so convenient, just open and eat. The heated meals are not much harder, just throw in a frying pan for a few minutes. Delicious sauces and variety means I haven't gotten bored of any of their meals. My only complaint is the containers are single-use plastic, which almost makes me want to take off 1-star. If they can offer compostable or plant-based packaging, this would be a perfect service. Keep up the good work Thistle and please think about the packaging next!

My experience with thistle started off positive, but soon deteriorated. Meals would arrive not as described - often low cost ingredients were added to bulk up meals (shredded cabbage for example). When I went out of town I cancelled an order, but I ended up being charged for it and it arriving anyways. When I contacted customer service they said it was my fault and they had no way to fix it. Very bad service. They also would randomly not deliver on the day scheduled with no warning. Try one of their many other competitors before this one. Had better experiences with Sakara and methodology.
