    I tried to get my screen repaired and I would be hard pressed to come up with a worse customer service experience. I had to go to this business 6 times and of those 6 times, someone was there who could help me was there 2 times. I finally gave them my laptop and they told me the next day the part they got wouldnt work despite the fact that they had the exact model to base their research on. Surely they would have known if it would work before I had to pay them and return two more times just to give them my computer. I dont understand how you can run a business and only staff it 33% of the time. Perhaps they are good at tech support but if you are looking for a good customer service experience I would caution against using this business

    My PC suddenly appeared to have lost all its data. When I called Techsavies after 5 pm, Robert said he would take a look at it that day. I rushed over and he squeezed me into his tight schedule, spending several minutes making a diagnosis and even making an attempt to recover data right on the spot. Wow! Talk about efficiency, plus direct, simple communication along with empathy for my stressed-out state of mind. Robert offered to take on the lengthier project of recovering my data--it was a crashed hard disk problem, but in the end I decided not to invest the money in it. He didn't charge me for all that time he spent with me. I would definitely go back to him for any computer problem and highly recommend him!

    The touchpad was protruding from the keyboard top plate on my laptop. After looking up the problem online, I could see that it was due to a swollen battery pack. I took it in and they removed it, but they said I'd need a new top plate as well as a new battery (which was the exact same solution as a repair video I had seen). In the meantime, they let me take the laptop home because it was still usable as long as it was plugged in. A week later they had the replacement parts, so I brought it in. An hour and a half later they called me up. They were done, and it turned out they didn't need to replace the top plate after all. They could've easily installed it and charged me full price and I never would've known. They saved me a little over $600! They definitely earned my continuing patronage.
