Worst agency ever! I would give 0 star if I could! Peter is a cheater, liar, disgusting man! My old mom was cheated by him, and lost money, and he denies everything! How can this kind of person even exists on Earth? May God bless the good, curse the bad! If anyone has be cheated by this person too, please contact me, I'm going to sue him!

This travel agency, especially Peter Hung provided the worst services I have ever met. They were taking advantage of my parents (old and not good at English). Peter didn't even tell them that they could get 100% refund due to medical emergency, instead he persuaded them to choose an option which helped this agency to keep the agent fee and we got only refund on the tax only. Stay away from them!

i have been using this travel agency for the past ten years.  Peter is a very honest travel agent. He will give you the honest price and advice. Also he does not bargain on price , he will give you the lowest he can.

With the advent of the internet, you would think the brick and mortar travel agencies would try to work harder and provide second to none services to their remaining customers right?  This is absolutely not the case for Peter Hung and his agency.  His unfriendly and snappy attitude is very unpleasant.  He gets very defensive and tries to talk over you when asked simple logistical/pricing questions.  I really don't understand how and why the agency is still around; perhaps to take advantage of older, non-English speaking clients?!Seriously though, you would be much better off purchasing tickets directly from cruise lines and airlines, etc. via the internet or over the phone.  Stay away at all cost.
