When I tried to logged on the Patient Fusion patient portal, I was taken directly to the confidential medical records of a different patient in a town about 80 miles distant. My efforts to contact PF were futile. I was unable to speak to a human unless I lied and purported to be a practitioner... when I got to a human and confessed and stated my my goal was to get them to address a data breech they hung up on me!I directed my provider to disconnect me from PF.

They are great the first month but once you have signed the contact and completed training support is zero to nothing and when you pay for update they do not deliver. To add insult to injury when you finally do get support on the phone (very hard to do) it’s as if they are seriously stoned or utterly disconnected from reality. All that said the scheduling and records keeping software works. At 150 bucks a month it’s a bit of a hard pill to swallow for a small practice but then they all are.

The EMR itself isn't too bad but you get what you pay for. Today they turned off my E prescribe function because I updated my license information as current until 2021 instead of 2022. I have now been on hold for 46 minutes without any response and have had no response from my email either. You would think that a bit of common sense could have been used. 2021 or 2022 still represents a current medical licence. There is also a glitch where you have to manually go in and decrease the font size on the screen to fill some prescriptions. I have sent several emails requesting a fix but no response as of yet. When it works it's OK but if there is a problem you are on your own.
