Worst shopping experience. Gift cards a bad idea. I placed an order with a gift card. However, the company cancelled it because of potential fraud for no reason. I can't register the Athleta gift card with an address or name online or in the store or over the phone. The gift card clearly says I can place online orders however Athleta won't let me use it. In other words DO NOT buy their gift cards at Kroger or anywhere else because they will not let you use them. That's the real Fraud!

Love most of the clothes. Have only had to return a few things that wore poorly. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE: 1. stop allowing UPS transfer packages to USPS 2. Avoid USPS 3. Hold your shippers accountable for the lost and stolen packages. UPS ignores my note to hide package behind our gate to avoid theft I have had two packages now in separate orders transferred from UPS to USPS and there is no trail to follow on how to find these packages. No paper notice left on door, no physical address of which USPS to go to. I have no recourse other than to get a refund from Athleta. When I called the Athleta Customer Service they told me there was nothing they could do to contact or provide feedback to the Distribution Centers. I dont care, Corporate can fix that problem. I am a Customer and my only way to help you all fix this problem is to call the CS # or write poor reviews for this company at online outlets like Google and Yelp.
