        I was charged $35.00 for shipping one backup copy of Turbocad 2D/3D v21. The cost for the disk was $9.99 and the upgrade downloaded program was $79.99. The Invoice that I initially approved on my computer came out garbled when printed but did not show the shipping cost of $35.00. Today when I tried to use the form they provided for communication, it would not transmit and the message advising me that it had not been transmitted was also garbled.

        I have also received false charges on my bank account. I have never ordered anything from this company, and will also report to corporate of having money from my account stolen.
