        I drove to a different location but they didn't have the phone I wanted. The gentleman called over to this location to ensure the phone was in stock. He let them know I would be here in 30 minutes. I was on time but the Out to Lunch, be back soon, sign was up. I placed three calls to attempt to reach someone, to no avail. I have been sitting here waiting and have now had two hours of my day wasted. I didn't purchase my new phone and the issue of no cell service where I live has not been resolved. It would have been beneficial to note the time on the lunch sign AND the website.
