    There is no question, that corporate greed capitalism is loud and blatant with T-Mobile.   Over the last year, their network service, internet quality, has been going downhill.  They focused on buying companies out, Sprint, GoogleFi, METRO, making false promises to customers, and not delivering.    Their quality has gone down, customer service has gone down, which means they pay, and treat their employees awful.  I have heard all the excuses via tech support, customer service reasons for poor network phone coverage, and still no improvements.They tend to hire men that have little to no customer service skills, with misogynistic attitudes towards any woman, like Dean, who might as well have worn a shirt saying "I hate women."   He wouldn't look at me, or introduce his name, and already had an attitude and prejudged me before I even said a word.  After leaving T-mobile because of not getting definite information and poor customer service, I went up to the Apple Store up the street, they told me they have customers coming in all the time saying how rude the T mobile store is, and not knowledgeable about the devices.  They said that people with 14 pro phones are getting services impeded due to  T-Mobile network being terrible.  So my phone is fine as well as upgrading to a 14 pro would not improve the network due to having T-mobile carrier.  They said that is the most complaints with customers coming into the Apple Store is poor network with T-Mobile.  T mobile expects people to pay for upgrades, but delivers horrible network service, not good customer service, mass lawsuits from people, all due to them being greedy capitalist .

    I recently visited the T-Mobile store in downtown and had an amazingly positive experience. The store was bright, clean, and well stocked with the newest iPhones and accessories. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering solutions to all of my questions and concerns. They gave me the best deals for my upgrade and made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. Overall, this was a great experience and I would highly recommend this T-Mobile store to anyone looking for a new phone or accessory!
