        I was a tenant here for 8 years and dutifully paid my rent and even the unexplained extra cost in the thousands of "Pass Throughs" , when billed. I gave my legal notice 30 days to leave but they refuse to give me back my initial deposit. After 60 days they said it was because the accountant was not on site. Then it was, at over ninety days, oh you did not pay your pass throughs. Not true. Niantic Holdings the management company, the front for the Zellerbach owners, are dishonest and the type of landlord that gives landlords a bad name. Do not rent here. Run away as far as you can.
